What is an FPS?

Post-Parking Fee (FPS): This is a fine related to parking. It is a fee applied for exceeding the paid parking time or not paying for parking. The amount is set by each local authority. The FPS must be paid within a certain period, with a reduced rate if paid promptly (depending on the city's terms). After this period, a letter from ANTAI will be sent to you by mail.

What is a RAPO?

Mandatory Preliminary Administrative Appeal (RAPO): This process allows you to contest an FPS. Before pursuing legal action, you must go through this administrative process. A RAPO must be submitted within 3 months of receiving the payment notice.
